Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us to discuss options based on your specific situation.

To complete your return, we require an order number or some type of proof of purchase.

Please contact us before you send in a return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. If enough time has passed and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@goHUCCESS.com so we can help.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange an item for some reason please send us an email at hello@mybalanwell.com so we can see if your request is possible.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. There are some exceptions to this. If your return is due to a defective product we will cover the return shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
